Pathetic Service

Utterly disappointed with this place. Wasted our time driving there. We love a good rack of rib so we’ve been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing their page.. turns out we were the only customers when we got there on Saturday evening which is very surprising as all other eating houses in Umhlanga were full . The Waiter came to take our order and we were told there was no alcohol available because they had a big party the night before so it sold out. We placed our order , he then went into the kitchen and got back to tell us the pork ribs were out. So we opted for the beef ribs. He then went back to the kitchen and got back to us and said the beef ribs were out too. What a joke .. we ended up leaving the place.

What kind of place caters just for one day and runs out the next ? Who is in charge of stock ? Why doesn’t the waiter know before hand that the main items are sold out ? Who really runs the place ? Why didn’t the manager on duty come to explain or apologise for what happened ? Won’t be supporting such a place in future. It’s a pity.
