Pathetic service
This is the second time that the service is pathetic. After waiting 1.5 hours for the delivery and asking for feedback, there was no response. The person answering the phone said they would call back but never did so. I will never buy there again and will not encourage anybody to support pizzabox.

THE PIZZABOX, WORST SERVICE EVER
My delivery person is called Ian. He never arrived with my food. And then had the nerve to phone me and tell me that I do not know where I am. He was very rude and arrogant, I do not appreciate this treatment. I tried calling the Pizzabox in Midstream and after the 5th try when they answered they actually said it is not their problem when my order is late. What type of service or support is that????
