I booked for 2 nights but the day we checked in, I was so disgusted. Tub chairs in the room were dirty. Curtains looked horrible, not sure if it was dirty or mold on the curtains. Pillows which were on the bed smelled funny and the room did not smell nice at all. Had a very weird smell. Bathroom looked a bit dirty as well. Wooden furniture's paint was busy peeling. I asked reception whether or not there's a Duty Manager and was told only the next morning. I come from a hospitality background and the fact that there was no Duty Manager is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I went back to my room and a few minutes later someone from housekeeping came and took me to a different room. Only difference was the curtains and chairs were clean. When I went to shower, the 1 towel was dirty and I was so glad I brought my own towels as well. The bed was horrible. The next morning I went to reception @ 6am to see if the Duty Manager was there and was told she's not there. We packed our stuff and checked out. We were told there's no refund at reception but the Duty Manager will see what she can do when she get back. At that point in time I've had enough of this horrendous place and just wanted to leave. Definitely not a place I would ever even suggest to my worst enemy. Definitely not a 4 star... Not even worth a 1 star at all
