Good at taking money not very good and delivering their product or refunding your money

placed an order with the store in Tokai, they did not have stock, but requested that I paid. They then said that is will be there in a week and that I do not have to call just come and collect. Of course when I arrived a week later there was nothing there. I requested my money back, which they then told me I have to give them my bank account as they cannot reimburse me on my credit card, although they had no issue putting the charge on my credit card. I have still not received my money back. So no product and no money, stay away from that place, it will probably take another 2 weeks for them to reimburse me, in the meantime they are enjoying the interest on my money.

Hi Rivka, thank you for taking the time to let us know. With regards to our communication and fulfilment on your order, we definitely dropped the ball. I have followed up with our finance team and the refund was done yesterday Monday the 6th of December. With regards to refunding credit cards, days after original payment, our system does not accommodate that as a fraud prevention protocol.
