Beware of this ISP. From the moment I connected to this ISP I never had a steady connection, from the line being extremely slow to being completely disconnected several times a day. Their response was to blame OpenSource, who even came to my house to try and resolve the issue which was not theirs to begin with. Now they are holding my line hostage even though I do not owe them any money, they are not willing to release my line so I can get connected to another ISP. According to them, I must wait until the 31 when they will disconnect my line and I will be without internet and unable to work for around 3 days while another ISP configures the connection. STAY AWAY from WonderNet do not make the mistake I did.
placed an order with the store in Tokai, they did not have stock, but requested that I paid. They then said that is will be there in a week and that I do not have to call just come and collect. Of course when I arrived a week later there was nothing there. I requested my money back, which they then told me I have to give them my bank account as they cannot reimburse me on my credit card, although they had no issue putting the charge on my credit card. I have still not received my money back. So no product and no money, stay away from that place, it will probably take another 2 weeks for them to reimburse me, in the meantime they are enjoying the interest on my money.
Discovery Bank, what a joke. Don't even think of initiating anything with this bank. Their processes DO NOT work, their customers need to chase after them, they DO NOT call you back even though they promise they will, and they resolve nothing. I had a discovery credit card which was managed by FNB, used it for years without any issues. Discovery Bank in their infinite wisdom decided that they will be managing the card, I had no issue with FNB managing the card. So now I cannot access the card, and I cannot order a card. Numerous phone calls to agents and bankers resolve absolutely NOTHING. Promises of agents and bankers to call me back were LIES, no one has phoned me back, not even one person. I would even accept it if they phoned to say that they are still busy with the issue, but NO. Today was the 5th day I have been phoning, today they reached a new low, after 25 minutes of holding on the line for the banker they just disconnected the call. This is unacceptable. From a company with an amazing health service to come up with SUCH a bad service is unbelievable. AND STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE!!!!!!!!! And I know in writing this, they do no even care that they have such bad ratings. Hellopeter needs to offer minus to the star rating, because even one star was generous.
Tried to downgrade my private client for the last week. Have been phoning their customer service on a daily basis, always the same story they will call you, and nothing. Initially they indicated it will take 48 working hours, well it has already been 120 working hours, and nothing has been done. Today, the lady that answered the phone at their customer service desk, even put the phone down on me. Great service FNB, I now have even more doubts as to why I pay you so much in fees. What a waste of money
Worse service ever. I am waiting o n a package sine the 27th of December. Phoned them this morning and talked to a guy who was half a sleep, (that was a pleasure), who told me the package is on the truck and will be delivered today. Well it is 17:00 o’clock, it will not be delivered today or tomorrow, and obviously there is no one to talk to. I don’t know why this company is still being used. Also if your stuff are so unhappy to do their jobs, find someone else. There are thousands of people looking for a job who will be grateful to have one.
