I had a very disappointing experience with The Racers Edge. I purchased seats from them which were never delivered.
After requesting a refund, I have now been waiting over two months with no payment received. I keep being told that the refund will be processed “tomorrow,” but nothing ever happens. It has been excuse after excuse with no real resolution.
The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is extremely frustrating. This has been a terrible customer experience, and I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.
