Where do you draw the line

Went to hennies brackenfell tonight. It was my mom's first time at a hennies aswell. First of all my one year old niece nearly got hurt because the child care person decide to leave the kids alone. Then the food came my wife's steak ordered medium got to the table well done we complained about it her food was taken away but by the time her food came back my food was cold and my mom and sister was finish with theirs. Still we payed the full bill with a tip. Don't get me wrong out waiter wad amazing but further more I can't say the same
