We spent a weekend at the hotel. With the movies closed, we decided to go to the casino. Oh my word, this Casino just takes your money without in having a game. I had 5k in credits and it took all of it. The next morning I put in 3k. In all that money, I never even got a feature once. Is that not daylight robbery. This Casino is the worst ever and I will not be back. Spoken to so many people at the Casino and some were regulars. They all complained about exactly the same thing. Disgusting if I may ask you. One cannot enjoy a game at this Casino

The machines payouts are totally random. At the heart of a slot machine is a computer chip, which runs a Random Number Generator which controls when a machine will payout. We are a highly regulated operation and only use certified products. Gambling Legislation prescribes a minimum Return to Player. Casinos offer hold percentages and Return to Player that are approved on a letter of certification from an approved gaming laboratory or the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).
