I haven't even set foot in the restaurant and I already don't like it. The women I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude as I was trying to make a booking. She spoke with an insulting and impolite tone. First impressions last and that call is definitely something I will remember for a long time. I will NEVER be visiting The Rock nor will I recommend it to others. If this is how customers are treated over the phone, I can only imagine what it is like in person. I am very disappointed.

My daughtee and her friends had a table booked for 12 black young people on Saturday 13/05/2023 and everything was fine.Her friend asked the waiter if she could charge her phone at the empty table clise to us as there was an electric socket ther and the waiter sais its ok.A while later the empty table was allocated to some people with the phobe still charging.They had our meal.Then her friend went to check on her phone from the opposite table at around 18:00-18:30.A ****** white lady working there saw her friend taking her phone from the table came to their table started shouting at them saying she told them to stop bothering other guests,which made them all confused because they didnt know what she was talking about as they were not doing anything out of line,she told them to pay their bill and leave.They didnt want to cause a scene cos they didnt even know what they did wrong to be disrespected like that,so they just paid and left That was the worst experience she ever got from a restuarant and she so felt traumatised and discriminated against maybe because they were young and black.Its a pity they didnt get the name of that woman.

I went to eat at a restaurant for my daughter's birthday in March. We had a horrid experience. Initially the Manager and waitress came across as friendly. Then the waitress for some reason started behaving lika a person with bipolar. Throwing cutlery on the table like literally changed. We weren't that fussy and never gave her the run around as we are light eaters. At the end of the meal we asked for the cake which she carried like a garbage box. Anyway we finally got the bill and gave her 10% which I felt was fair given the service we got. So when she came to pick it up she looked at the bill and asked me if I didn't like her service. So I said I'm giving you what I have. She left abruptly and went all over the restaurant telling her colleagues that she wasn't happy with her tip. Well how much do people tip these days. Her service was applaing to say the least she's lucky I even tipped her for her pathetic service. I addressed this with the Manager who didn't look phased about the behaviour. I just hope the owners of this establishment know how their staff behaves.... They're too entitled and need to get customer service and eticate training. There are many competitors and a business can go from being the best to shutting down. We want to pay for good service not be bulldozed into tipping waitresses who think they've made it but giving terrible service
