Asendia seems to be sending goods from SheIn to South Africa. Unfortunately the Courier company they are using when the goods arrive in South Africa is very *********** DPD. I see they are not listed here wonder if it's a registered company dealing with our valuable items. I have been waiting for my consignment for 5 days everyday getting a text saying my package is out for delivery then I get we couldn't deliver. I've called their call centre countless times. Pathetic service to say the least. I have an online business so I don't need to leave home during business hours. But they keep claiming they can't get hold of me when everyone else can. Not sure my parcel will arrive in 2026
I am so disappointed with paxi and it's not the first time. If they lose your parcel forget about finding it. Very bad for business no escalation no feedback. I found this very unprofessional. The call centre is just deco because they don't take action only emails the courier no calls no speaking to a supervisor at the courier company. For such a big organization I'm so disappointed
I hate to be the one to come back in this platform totally appalled by Paxis service in the past 2 months. Three packages have gone missing only one has been found. I've called the call centre countless times and all I keep getting is reference numbers that are never attended to. I am an online business and this is bad for my business considering they're all first time buyers. Paxi has been a terrible let down to say the least
They're a **** that's the long and short. What service provider forces you to continue paying them when you no longer require their services. Since Covid a lot has happened to people especially most landing up being unemployed. Car track won't hear it. I had many policies with several insurers ie Capitec the good part with them is they paid off my debt when I was retrenched. Naked insurance allowed me to bow out gracefully when I said I could no longer afford. But no not Cartrack!!! I have some lady telling me she's from Viljoen Attorneys using a Cartrack email address threatening me with sequestration. Yet for over a year now I have asked them to email me the termination invoice. If at any stage I get money I'll pay it even though I feel that's daylight ******* what am I paying for? The one said you're paying for the tracking device I told them to come and fetch it but no Cartrack wants your blood be careful!!! Meantime their entire call centre will be hounding you for your monthly payment yet you've made it clear you want out. Divorce is better because there was a relationship these will crucify you be careful guys
I am very disappointed with Absas chat wallet who ever created it did not put any thought into it at all. I have used it several times and each time I have to be given the run around before I can get my money. I went through the entire process of giving my ID and taking selfies. Then I get a response saying we haven't heard from you in a while we will end this chat. What do you want to hear from me, I'm not your friend? I will only communicate when there's a need. Why hold on to my money when I desperately need it? Just stick to the normal cash sends because that chat wallet nonsense is a ****. Create apps for our convenience not yours
I ordered a television set on the 25th of May 2024 online. Scheduled date delivery was the 31st of May. My sister then passed away on the evening of the 30th of May and I had to go home that same night. So I called the call centre to reschedule a delivery for Monday the 3rd of June. I received a reference number acknowledging that Monday the 3rd was fine to reschedule 9000353142. I have called the entire incredible connections lines complaining my order is not promising at all. I keep hearing that an urgent log has been done to escalate the delivery but I think as soon as they drop the call they forget all about me. For instance I've received two calls after complaining from 011 408 0714 Rochester Customer Service from the 3rd of June I was told by the lady that my order would be processed as urgent. Till this day I've hear nothing. Terribly disappointed terrible customer service
I must say I love to eat at Spur but the best Spur so far is the one at Brooklyn mall. The team works together. I have been there 2 weeks in a row and I am extremely impressed!! Perfect service customer experience
I went to eat at a restaurant for my daughter's birthday in March. We had a horrid experience. Initially the Manager and waitress came across as friendly. Then the waitress for some reason started behaving lika a person with bipolar. Throwing cutlery on the table like literally changed. We weren't that fussy and never gave her the run around as we are light eaters. At the end of the meal we asked for the cake which she carried like a garbage box. Anyway we finally got the bill and gave her 10% which I felt was fair given the service we got. So when she came to pick it up she looked at the bill and asked me if I didn't like her service. So I said I'm giving you what I have. She left abruptly and went all over the restaurant telling her colleagues that she wasn't happy with her tip. Well how much do people tip these days. Her service was applaing to say the least she's lucky I even tipped her for her pathetic service. I addressed this with the Manager who didn't look phased about the behaviour. I just hope the owners of this establishment know how their staff behaves.... They're too entitled and need to get customer service and eticate training. There are many competitors and a business can go from being the best to shutting down. We want to pay for good service not be bulldozed into tipping waitresses who think they've made it but giving terrible service
I would really like to commend the service and efficiency PAXI gives. I am an online business person and I have realised that PAXI is better than even most reputable Courier companies even in terms of delivery times. Both delivery options are good but the 3-5 days option is phenomenal. Big ups to PAXI keep up the good service.
Biggest scam of my life very unprofessional. Unclear charges calls R21 whether they speak to you or not. Sms R13 odd. R3 for email. Less than a week late payment you get a letter of demand costs R21. We pay an admin fee every year when they increase not sure why we get charged again on the invoice, Daylight robbery. They claim they're registered debt collectors. The illiterate Credit Control Manager needs legal and customer service training. You would swear they're running a ****a shop. On my way to the Ombudsman and tribunal. Fed up with their nonsense. Stayed in their property for 3 years no maintenance walls cracking place needs painting its appalling.
