This time last year I was booked into the Rockefeller hotel Cape Toen for 2 nights and paid in advance. I’m sure it was still under construction, there was no DSTV, no tea or coffee tray, if you wanted to watch Netflix, you had to use your own account. My room looked over a dilapidated court yard. During the night I received an emergency call to return to Johannesburg. I went down to the front desk and explained to them. They said it was no problem and they would refund my money for the night I was missing. I left and went back to Johannesburg. A year later and still no refund. This is grossly unfair, as I am a pensioner and have very little income to spare. Please HelloPeter please see what you can do.
