I placed an order with SAN Hair Company on
06 December 2025 during a sale and made full payment on the same day. I received a WhatsApp confirmation with a reference number #95594 and requested delivery within three days if possible.On
16 December, I was informed that your delivery policy is approximately 10 days. I accepted this.On
18 December, I followed up and was told the unit would be dispatched on Monday,
22 December. I then requested a change of delivery address, which was accepted by your team.On
24 December, I followed up again for an update and received no response.
On
30 December, I followed up again and only received a generic automated operating-hours message. At this point, I formally requested a
refund.On
02 January, I again requested a refund and was told someone would get back to me shortly.
On
04 January, I followed up yet again and received another generic response, with no action taken.Despite my repeated refund requests, the package was only dispatched on
05 January and delivered on
06 or 07 January, without my consent to proceed with delivery. My minor son received the package on my behalf — had I personally been present, I would have refused delivery.Upon inspecting the product, I was deeply disappointed. The hair is
not as advertised and is of poor quality.As a person living with
alopecia who has worn wigs for many years, I am very fami**** with hair quality. This product does not come close to what was marketed or what I paid for.Since then, I have:
- Called SAN Hair Company multiple times and been promised call-backs that never happened
- Sent private messages on Facebook and Instagram with no response
- Submitted an email via their website with no reply
To date, I have received
no meaningful customer support and no refund.I am formally requesting:
- Collection of the product at your cost
- A full refund of my payment
I believe this conduct violates basic consumer rights, including reasonable delivery timelines, fair product representation, and proper handling of refund requests.I am now seeking your company to resolve this matter. The unit is where it was delivered, I do not have it to publish pictures. I can however request my family at that address to open it and publish the pictures here.
