Disappointing follow up

I had my screen replaced and now my front camera and speaker no longer work, I have tried for a few weeks now to get in conact with them to remedy this as now I can not hear anyone on a phone call but my messages are either ignored or I am told we will schedule time to meet to remedy this but this still has not happened, they both worked fine before my screen was replaced and now I can't answer calls unless I have my earphones nearby which is very inconvenient
