I made an order and it was meant to be left with security and the order was never left there. Uber themselves won’t even contact the driver to ask what he did with the food but now I’ve paid for the order and did not receive my goods, truly disappointing
Delivery person didn’t greet me and also carried my sushi upside down so everything was all over and drenched, my driver was Lamba, I made an order to be delivered to me so meeting me at my gate shouldn’t be a problem
I was double charged for an order that I was not even able to order and can’t get my money until the 9th, this makes no sense, the Mr D app messed up but now I must wait until the 9th due to a mistake I didn’t make, absolutely frustrating
I had the unfortunate time at PG Glass Menlyn yesterday 31 July 2025, I was informed I could come in for my windscreen replacement and when I arrived I was told that it would take more than 1 hour when I was initially informed it would be 1 hour so I was advised to come back at 3pm and I did so. Upon arriving, my car was taken to get the replacement, only for me to be told a few minutes later that I need to enter the actual fitment centre where I was shown a crack windscreen which was meant to be my new windscreen and told that “it came like this from the storeroom”. So after driving to the centre twice, I received no new windscreen and no apologies whatsoever, honestly the worst experience I have ever had
I just had such a rude delivery from Bruce, firstly told me he had arrived before he had arrived, secondly wouldn’t meet me at the gate and told me to come to him, didn’t ask and then while walking to me at the gate he was shaking his head and made sure to do so afterwards as well. After giving me my food, he didn’t even ask for the code, he just stood with his phone out looking down, worst attitude I have had for a delivery and my instructions on the app never change. He was rude when I did nothing different from all my other deliveries
I was charged incorrectly and informed that it was due an error but my funds were never reversed despite being charged way over the price of my trip
The customer care support is not good at all, while trying to confirm and understand the feedback I was given, my chat was ended without letting me know by Ntomboxolo, it already takes a while to get to speak to a human so to close my chat without prior warning or assuring my query is closed is really poor and disappointing, hope to never have to query again with Ntomboxolo
I have just had such rude service at McDonalds Auckland Park from Takhona in the drive thru, I did not understand her instruction and instead of explaining what she meant, she just decided to raise her voice repeat the same thing a few times despite it being clear I did not know what she was talking about, I was given attitude for no reason and made the visit a very bad one
I had the worst experience today, Had 2 orders cancelled after waiting over an hour for each of them with no explanation to why they were cancelled, the one was cancelled by the delivery person which I don't understand and then the second just cancelled. Told funds were immediately released back to me but after asking I am told I might have to wait 10 business days for this to reflect, this is really poor service and I am beyond disappointed. Both these have left me no option to even try order again due to the time elapsed and no answer as to why exactly both these orders went this way
The Wimpy on Main Road before William Nicol consistently produces quality food and the chicken breast and veggies I had this morning is by far the best I have had, thank you and keep up the performances, amazing
