No Aftersales Service at the security solution store BROOKLYN Mall.

I had 3 keys cut yesterday and asked that the keys are properly filed and double checked against the original since once before I had keys that were cut but did not work the first time round. I was assured that they were cleaned up and filed to size. None of the three turned the security gate lock. I returned the next day only to be told I had to wait for my keys to be checked since customers behind me in the line needed to be assisted first. I asked for a refund if that was the attitude since I paid and demanded immediate attention due to the fault of the store. But that mattered not so there is poor after sales service from them. After waiting more than 30 min. I was handed the keys and took them home. None turned the lock again. This time the manager had double checked them but they still didn’t work. BEWARE. DO NOT CUT KEYS THERE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO RUN BACK AND FORTH TO HAVE THEM CHECKED AGAIN AND AGAIN. I called and asked for the owners mobile only to be refused and given his email address.

Beware of doing business there. I have been a long standing customer of the store but times change employees change and attitudes too.
