Unprofessional & no refunds for faulty products

They have some good products and some bad ones and at the time I bought from them their labels weren't very clear and a bit misleading. It would say Pure Rose Water but when you open the bottle the alcohol smell was very very strong. There was so much that it burned my face & my clients faces. I wanted refunds but didnt get it. The only response I got was that "no one else has complained about the same thing", which is very unprofessional. They have changed their labels to be more correct though as it is not pure rose water (which implies there is no other additives like alcohol/preservatives in it). I also bought glycerine soap from them that had way too much alcohol in it. In the beginning when I bought it there was no smell at all, even though there was alcohol in. But after a few months of purchasing from them the alcohol smell was so overwhelming when opening the bucket of soap, that I couldnt mask it with a fragrance oil, you could still smell the alcohol so I was not able to sell this soap anymore. Again, the response upon giving them feedback was very unprofessional and I got no refund. The lady took offense and denied that there was anything wrong with the products. I eventually just stopped buying from them.
