Terrible customer service

Terrible service received from the The SOOQ. I placed an order on the 5th of August. Today its the 21st of August but I'm still querying about my order

The don't even keep contact and update you on your order. The simply keep quiet and unbothered. They don't care about customer service. I'm the one constantly following up with them and I keep on hearing excuses after excuses. So unprofessional. I'm disgusted
