No response, no delivery! A shame

I respected the 14 days with no response because it states that on the order BUT today is day 15 and no correspondence and true to their promise they don’t respond to queries or WhatsApp messages! As a small business owner you need to change your communication behaviour otherwise no one will order anything from you! I ordered a birthday gift and the birthday was yesterday, no gift ! At least respond to queries, ! Lots my trust in you ! A shame because I really wanted to support a female small business owner
