This is what you will receive after paying "Kindly be advised that orders take a maximum of 14 working days as per our website from date of order. We do not provide updates, since your goods are guaranteed to reach you before the lead time period. Should we encounter any challenges in completing your order, we will notify you of same both through email and Whatsapp. Once your order is booked for dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can track your parcel. Do also note, that we do not do delivery by appointment. Deliveries are handled by the Courier Company and is delivered at their own discretion. Thank you for supporting SOUTH AFRICAN DESI and kindest regards."
That will be only the comms you will receive from them. Skip it. Shop elsewhere. I highly doubt that any of the profit on the sale has gone to The Gift of the Givers.

"Hope all is well on your side.
Kindly be advised that our delivery personnel tried to deliver your order on Wednesday, Thursdy and Friday consecutively. You do not answer your phone and the security person at your given address refused to take delivery saying that he does not know when you are around.
Before posting your message on the social media platform, you should have checked your voice messages where numerous voice messages have been left requesting you to contact the given number to make arrangements. Also your number does not accept Whatsapp messages, thus it has been impossible to reach you. A last attempt will be made on Monday to deliver your parcel, there after we will follow up on the same platform you did putting our case forward.

01 Jul 2024, 09:04On 1 July 2024 , the company called to inform me how they have been struggling to contact me and they are not in a position to dispatch the parcel. I had understood that they would send an email with the tracking information but the blame is on me because I did not answer their numerous calls. (Guess what? You cannot return calls to a private no.)
They suggested that I get the item delivered to myself via Uber because they are not willing to do so. The shipping fee was R95. The item was R180.
I told them to keep it. I urge you not to do any business with the South African Desi.
