Disappointed

I would like to firstly Say, that the ladies at the Space Mall of Africa are by far the best sales people this franchise have hired, they were very accommodative and welcoming, above all they were always happy to assist.

But I won’t say much about the Space in Rosebank mall, the ladies at store are unwelcoming and really look down on people, I was left looking as though I don’t deserve to be in their shop. There’s an elderly lady there who seems to be the owner or manger I’m not sure, she really made me feel like I’m wasting her time while being at that shop and all I needed was a beautiful designer item. It’s difficult to support our own South African designers when sales people treat you like you don’t deserve to be in their shop.

I’m truly disappointed by their treatment. And honestly sad to say I will never spend my hard earned money at their store again. By the way I had bought a dress. And that will be the last item I’ll ever purchase.

Classism should be stopped in the black community honestly.
