This company, more specifically Leigh Sigasa whom I dealt with, is inept. For a week I was told that that I could hire an H100 with towbar but when I was about to pay R15000.00 I decided to check with the branch who told me there is no such specification available. This jeopardised a very important project for us because we would have collected a paid-for vehicle which was not capable of towing the paid-for trailer and there would have been no time to make alternative arrangements by to meet our deadlines. I'm also still waiting for the cargo area dimensions because those on the website are obviously incorrect. Companies dealing with commercial vehicles need to understand that poor performance has major consequences for the client. I then contacted Lynn Wilson at Highway Bakkie Hire and was sorted within an hour, so will highly recommend HBH.
