I used to swear by The Courier Guy but now I swear at them. I don't know if they've outgrown their capacity or what it is, but their service is becoming poorer by the week. In the past month they have; not cancelled a collection when requested to do so/cancelled two subsequent collections which they should not have/been informed that a collection cut-off is 16:00, then reported that the supplier was closed at 17:16. We have courier companies sending us their profiles weekly, soliciting business, but is it a case of better the devil you know.......?
I recently submitted a warranty claim on my Ray-Ban sunglasses. This was handled promptly & efficiently by the staff at Sunglass Hut & Luxottica. After collecting the glasses from me, the claim was processed in less than a week and a voucher issued on the same day. I can highly recommend Rebecca Maharaj, the rest of the warranty team in Cape Town & Luxottica. Also to S'lindile ZA008369 at Sunglass Hut Watercrest Mall for the friendly, efficient service on the phone as well as in the store and for reserving the only pair in stock for me. I ordered 2 sets of curtain string lights from LED Addict, having made previous purchases, and was again very impressed with the pricing and prompt delivery. Cannot wait to install them on the weekend & get into the festive spirit.
The Courier Guy appears to have lost, or ******, one of two items in our shipment from Durban to Pretoria. I have communicated all the required information, and sent numerous follow-up e-mails, for them to investigate but have had no response. This is a very expensive industrial item from Germany and our customer required it urgently today. They missed 2 collection deadlines and now could not be bothered to respond. PRMGRD / #10874488
Engen 1app must be the most frustrating I've ever tried to register with, as it keeps indicating something went wrong & to try again. I’ve almost lost interest after 5 attempts. I then used the info@engen.co.za address, as per the Engen website, only to for it to be undeliverable due to "Recipient email server rejected the message" Worst marketing campaign ever.

Master Carpets & Flooring was contracted by Outsurance to remove & replace laminate flooring damaged by a leaking roof.
