I WANT MY REFUND OF R3750!

This institution rushed me to make a payment to study at an institution they had no affiliation with. Now I am requesting a refund and they are giving me the run around telling me that they will be having a meeting regarding the refund. After having said on 12 August that my refund was approved awaiting payment. Their service and condenscending attitude is appalling. I have to beg for money that belongs to me.
