Ackermans King Senzangakhona Center in Ulundi is as trashy as the the trash they prioritise over customers. Went into the store bright and early to pay a certain bill. I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady only to find empty tills. I heard shuffling in the storeroom at the back so I called out to whoever was there and she blatantly ignored me. I went back out front and asked the lady standing by the door to assist and she called out at the lady in the storeroom to assist me, to which the lady rep**** she was busy taking out trash. So I had to wait until she was done. When she eventually came back from outside, she told me her till is frozen and I have to wait while she restarts it. I was late, on my way to work. No apology, nothing, just told to wait. This is not the first time I'm receiving bad service from this store, and it's from the same lady..
I am sitting with an expired laybye that I took in one town and had to move to another town abruptly. A manager in the new town told me I could redeem a voucher/gift card to the value of the amount I had already paid towards my laybye if 16 days after the expiry date however when I went to redeem the cashier I spoke to told me I was talking nonsense, no manager would tell me that as it cannot be done. She was condenscending and shouting at me at the tills. She could not even let me explain what I was told by the manager and said I have forfeited the money. They cannot refund me as it will be a loss to them. I will never shop at Ackermans Ulundi ever again.
This institution rushed me to make a payment to study at an institution they had no affiliation with. Now I am requesting a refund and they are giving me the run around telling me that they will be having a meeting regarding the refund. After having said on 12 August that my refund was approved awaiting payment. Their service and condenscending attitude is appalling. I have to beg for money that belongs to me. Do Not Use This Company.
Took my car for a major service at NTT Nissan Newcastle on 20 July 2021. I was told since it's 90 000km they need to take out the engine and change the timing belt as well. Total cost came to about R7000. Two days later, my car started making a funny noise. I went back to Nissan and was told it's the fan belt that needs to be changed. They referred me to supaQuick for that. Where I was told it's actually the engine mount that is broken, and thus the engine has shifted. Had to fork out another R2500 to have a new engine mount put in.
