Money scam!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not spend your money on these people.

I was signed up to do a course in 2021. It was paid in full, upfront. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the course. At the end of 2021, I queried if I could do the course again. I was told I had to pay a reregistration fee because I had already used some of the course. If I logged into the actual course more than 5 times throughout the year, it would be a miracle. But fine, I paid.

Exam time came, the exam clashed with my Unisa exam. I spoke to them, they literally made it the next day. My Unisa exam ended at 4pm and their exam started at 8am on the Saturday. Not giving me enough time to study. I failed the exam. Supp comes, I have to pay. I paid, I wrote the Supp. Most of it was passed. Only 2 sections out of the whole thing were failed, and not even by a wide margin. I ask if I can rewrite just those sections, I get told no. They don’t only do sections. But if that was true how were they able to tell me exactly which sections have been failed? Surely if you can see that I didn’t do something right in those sections you can re-examine those particular sections? Instead they tell me, I have to reregister for an entire semester. This is just a scam, trying to get money out of people. They’re just trying to rob a person. Almost R40k later and I have nothing to show for it? It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money or your time.
