This place is *****ing from customers ! ! ! Do NOT use them! If you are told to do finance through them, pass!!!!!! Go straight pass begin, DO NOT Collect $200. My vehicle was ****** in August of 2022, and I have been struggling to get these people to assist me. I still pay my monthly installment and a little extra every month. They don't put the extra on my capital to allow me to bring it down the balance, instead they put it in something called an "Advanced Balance Account" despite multiple attempts to get them to move the money so I can pay it off faster. They gave me some feeble excuse about how the money is being kept safe in case I decide not to pay some months or some bull like that. I have now asked for a settlement amount because I managed to come up with enough money to get them off my back. They provided me with a settlement amount, ADDED Interest and somehow forgot to deduct my Advanced Balance which is sitting at over R2000. When questioned about this, they are unable to answer where that money is and why it is not being added to my calculations. They are *****ing from me. Firstly, I do not even EARN interest on that money so any interest gained, they are pocketing. Secondly, they are refusing to bring my capital amount down so that the interest I am PAYING can come down. And now they are attempting to ***** that extra money from me by not adding it into my settlement amount. This place is disgusting. Please Please Please do not use them. If you have finance with them, try moving it to a different institution.
Horrible horrible horrible. My bike was ****** last August and I’m still paying it off. They refuse to waive the interest and they’re completely useless. We pay extra every month but instead of bringing down the balance they tell us we’ve got an advance or whatever. So basically they’re keeping the money and not letting us pay down the capital because then they can’t charge us as much interest. It’s disgusting. Don’t use them if you have the option. They cannot be trusted. They’re just looking to make extra money. And their staff is a different kind of ***********. No one seems to be able to understand what we’re asking for. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman as well!!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not spend your money on these people. I was signed up to do a course in 2021. It was paid in full, upfront. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the course. At the end of 2021, I queried if I could do the course again. I was told I had to pay a reregistration fee because I had already used some of the course. If I logged into the actual course more than 5 times throughout the year, it would be a miracle. But fine, I paid. Exam time came, the exam clashed with my Unisa exam. I spoke to them, they literally made it the next day. My Unisa exam ended at 4pm and their exam started at 8am on the Saturday. Not giving me enough time to study. I failed the exam. Supp comes, I have to pay. I paid, I wrote the Supp. Most of it was passed. Only 2 sections out of the whole thing were failed, and not even by a wide margin. I ask if I can rewrite just those sections, I get told no. They don’t only do sections. But if that was true how were they able to tell me exactly which sections have been failed? Surely if you can see that I didn’t do something right in those sections you can re-examine those particular sections? Instead they tell me, I have to reregister for an entire semester. This is just a scam, trying to get money out of people. They’re just trying to rob a person. Almost R40k later and I have nothing to show for it? It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money or your time.
Unfortunately Hello Peter doesn't allow for us to give negative star ratings. This company is disgusting!!!! They mess up a delivery and then inconvenience the client. Trying to get through to them is like trying to pull blood from a stone. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you can, go with someone else. If you are a company who does not give your customers a choice, reevaluate your decision and go with someone else; people will stop buying from you purely because you use a terrible courier service!
They sell you dreams, their app doesn’t work, they make you pay for a service you have absolutely ZERO access to and then they don’t even bother to answer their calls!!
I’m not the owner of the house we live in. So when City Power comes knocking, I always tell them to come back when the owner is around. I give them exact times. I also gave the owner the letter that was given to me. The owner then proceeds to call this person to set up an appointment. Appointment time comes, appointment time goes. Okay maybe they thought it was for tomorrow. Appointment time comes again and goes again. Then all of a sudden they put the damn lights off. Once the lights are off the idiot decides to come and do a meter reading but doesn’t put the lights back on. 6 DAMN HOURS later their arrogant ****tards come through and say they put the lights off for access sake?! And then the asshole wants to stand and laugh at me?! This is unacceptable!!
We just received an email requesting a signature on an activation. An account was opened yesterday on my mother’s name, using my banking details. Neither of us have lost any form of identification and they don’t even have the right physical address. Cell C Contract Division refuses to help me because I’m NOT THE FREAKING ACCOUNT HOLDER BUT WHEN THE TIME COMES THEY’RE MOST DEFINITELY PLANNING ON TAKING THEIR DAMN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!! Then they don’t give a **** about who the account holder is. My mother is unable to contact them at this time for various reasons and THEY REFUSE TO F***ING HELP ME. Lord, have mercy. One thing I would like to know is, who the hell opened this account? And I don’t mean the chancer who thought they could get away with it, I mean the idiot consultant that doesn’t check freaking identification before adding **** to someone’s name. That asshole should be FIRED. And Cell C needs to learn to train their damn staff properly. If this matter is not resolved timeously and I end up having money taken off my account on the 30th, I will take legal action.
Every night, without fail, my internet connection slows down after 8pm. I can't do anything concerning the internet; it takes a simple website almost 10 minutes to load and sometimes the connection will even time out before it manages to load. I have rebooted the router and all of my devices to no avail. I have called the Call Centre as soon as it happens and have waited on the line until it drops because no one bothers to answer. I have also gone onto the website to try and get help from their Chat Service but the website keeps reloading as I press send and I am forced to retype the message, over and over again, which only leads to further frustration. I am absolutely tired of this as there is a problem every few weeks but Telkom still manages to take their money every month, regardless of whether or not service was delivered. On top of that, they make it an impossible process to cancel the line and still try to shove more products down your throat with their cold calling agents.
