Consultant with Bad Responce

Ryan was doing my tax for this year and from the beging i had a bad experince with him he never contacts you to tell what is going on with your Tax Returns only when he need it a Document may be after 3 weeks and then you do not hear anything from him, i can still live with that but when my Tax paid out it was paid into the wrong account on Tuesday the 02/08/2015 and now i am struggle to get the money if he asked me like my previous Tax Consultant all will be well i need the money my Dad is Dying of Cancer and the last 13 weeks cost me a lot of money from Benoni to Warmbath every weekend and now Pretoria?? what's out for the Tax Team?????? Bad Service.
