Eisbein
I ordered the Eisbein which was very disappointing. Firstly the eiisbein was not oven cooked but deep fried Secondly they serve it with Hot English mustard Thirdly the sauce is is tasteless. I spoke to the manager who confirmed deep frying is indeed the cooking method and appeared indifferent on my review shared with him prior to posting. I would suggest this dish either be cooked properly or simply removed from the menu.
