What a little gem Noordhoek Suoermarket is! A family run business with the most incredible service from everyone from owners to the awesome staff on the checkout! They have the most amazing butchery…won’t buy my meat anywhere else and there is nothing Johnie & Francis won’t do for you. The bakery is just as fantastic, as are the bakers Jesus and Chris who start so early in the morning to give us the best breads and rolls and croissants ever! And imagine all this at very competitive prices and sometimes better than the large supermarkets! Than you to Josie, Tyler, Harold and all the lovely ladies at Noordhoek supermarket for providing us with our own 1 stop shop so close to home…we really appreciate you all.
What an amazing supermarket!!! Not only do they have ABSOLUTELY everything you can think of in a convenience store but their prices are super competitive! They have a wonderful bakery with the best bread and rolls and an incredible butchery ...I never really like to buy meat anywhere else and oh their boerewors is THE BEST! The staff are also amazing...helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Customer service at its best! I also find things there that I can’t even get at The large supermarkets! Thank you Noordhoek Supermarket ...you are the best!
The Toad never disappoints! Their ribs are hands down THE BEST!! Pizzas also fantastic and their staff are wonderful... always so welcoming and helpful! Our absolute favorite
We have been customers of Florstore for many years and have always had nothing but the best service and prices. We had another carpet installed yesterday. We were given a time for the installation and they arrived spot on time. As usual, the work is done professionally and neatly and everything is left clean when they are finished. No need to shop around as their price is always the best. Thanks For another great job Florstore
Just had the most amazing service from Jason at The Pole Yard in Noordhoek!!! We wanted to make our Grandsons Christmas Present and Jason went to so much trouble to help us by working everything out and cutting our timber. We were easily able to make them an amazing gift which we would otherwise not have been able to afford. Very unusual to find such incredible customer service! Greatly appreciated!!
I have been with Zestlife for over 2 years now and just had an operation and found there was a substantial shortfall and I would need to claim from my Gap Cover. I read up the reviews on Hello Peter and was honestly really worried to begin with. However after making a call to one of the Directors, he put my mind at ease and explained the importance of ensuring you have all the necessary paperwork which they require for the claim and that there are obviously circumstances which would prevent them from being able to pay out such as them finding out that it was a pre existing condition etc etc. Well for anyone who is sceptical or worried please don’t be ! I made sure I had all the necessary paperwork. Robyn who was assisting me very quickly tried to phone me and followed this up with an email requesting something from my medical aid which I sent to her the moment I received it and from there it was merely a couple of days before the money appeared in my bank account! I had exceptional service from everyone starting from the top! All I can say is that this was my experience and I am truly thrilled to be a Zestlife client. Thanks Chris, Margaret and Robyn
<p>I excitedly bought a range oven for my new kitchen and made the mistake of buying an AEG!!! It is just over a year old and the oven no longer works. I reported this to the company I bought it from and they logged a service call for me. It took almost a week to get someone from Electrolux out to look at it. The technician informed us that he thinks it may be the selector switch unit and that he would come back and repair it once he had the part. I waited a week and phoned to find out what was happening only to be informed that they did not have the part and had to get it from Johannesburg. I have waited almost a month, phoning every week to get an update, only to be told that as the oven comes from Germany they have probably had to order the part from Germany but nobody can tell me for sure and nobody ever comes back to you to keep you in the loop. 6 weeks and still no oven and still no closer to knowing when I will have one. I am shocked at the lack of service I have received from Electrolux and will NEVER buy this brand again. This brings a whole new meaning to their slogan..."Nothing SUCKS like Electrolux"!</p>
