Jackie is probably the most rude person I have ever spoken to, you should really invest in someone who has some customer service skills. Had to CALL HER BACK 3 times and every time she says I must try again in a couple of minutes as she is busy. If you don't want to help just say so! Immediately said no trailers available without even asking for when I would like to book a trailer for. Wow...worst experience ever, will definitely not recommend them
