Motus Select vereeniging / Isuzu. Emerald seemed like he cared, but that was only because he wanted to secure the deal. Once the deal was secured, After 2 days of the handover, I alerted him that the passenger electric window and folding mirrors were not operating. He rep**** & said he will look into it. A week later, still no word from him. I sent a follow-up email. His manager instructed him to recall the car & address the issues I raised. He did that, kept the vehicle for a week, **** to my face that they repaid the window switch & returned it under false pretense that it was fixed. After he left, I realized that they swapped the electric window motor switch from the back passenger to front passenger. So now the back window does not operate. I don't even know what's happening with the vehicle registration as he said in about two weeks he will send the GP number plates as it is currently under FS (Freestate). It's been a month now & still no word from him. DON'T BUY FROM MOTUS SELECT. BAD DEALERSHIP
MTN is currently running a home uncapped month to month internet deal. Do not take the deal. I have never been able to connect to the internet since I took the deal which comes with a free to use router. As I write this review, it's the 5th day of not being able to connect. Every Call Center Customer Care agent I speak with tells me a different story as to why the router is not working. Some say "My Sim was not Ricad successfully, others say the issue is with all the routers, and that MTN is working to resolve this issue. The MTN store at Greenstone where I took the deal is unable to cancel the deal without charging me R2400 cancelation fee, for a router that has never worked since I got it in my possession. They debited for two months ahead plus the R150 once off Sim card fee on the 1st day of the application, which was easy for them to do, but canceling is a mission impossible. Tomorrow will be my sixth day of trying to cancel this thing.
Thanks to all the reviews now I can make an informed decision. I almost signed up for uncapped LTE. After seeing all these reviews I will be searching for a better ISP
I used to be on Rain network and Netflix worked fine. I switched to Cell C due to better internet speed, but that was a bad decision. Netflix doesn't always works. I tried on different devices and still no luck. Other apps (Dstv, YouTube) work perfectly fine. I contacted Netflix and they advised there is no issue on their side and that it's my ISP throttling me. I contacted Cell C and they told me I should sign and indemnity form to have unrestricted APN, which by the way will compromise my security. I wouldn't recommend Cell C to anyone who wants to stream Netflix. Rain has poor speed but at least Netflix always works.
I was sceptic as I didn't know Firstshop. I found it on Google searching for affordable printer cartridges. They were the cheapest for original HP cartridges. I checked reviews and saw that most customers were happy, then I gave them a shot. I ordered 4 cartridges, but only 3 were delivered. I enquired via email and got a prompt response explaining that they ordered from different warehouses and that my 4th cartridge is on its way. Needless to say, the cartridge did arrive the following day as explained by the customer service agent. Overall, I'm one happy customer and will definitely purchase thru Firstshop going forward.
I went to WH Edenvale on 14/06/21 and was assisted by Tshepo Ndlovu at Parts department. Tshepo was friendly and welcoming. He takes customer service to the next level. Great service.
Car service is exceptional. Great work done on my car at a reasonable price.
I requested a courier through Rush.co.za on Friday 14 May around mid-day. The parcel was from Klerksdorp to Johannesburg. By Monday morning (before 09:30am) my parcel was at the doorstep for delivery. This is exceptional from The Courier Guy and Rush platform. I am one happy client.
UIF Ufiling is a useless platform. I don't know why it was even created. I was retrenched in July 2020. I registered my claim in August and received an SMS that I will be contacted in 35 days. In December still no contact so I took the initiative to contact them. They then sent me a link to upload documents which I did. Again I had to contact them in Feb 2021 to follow up and was told my application is approved but I need to upload more documents and was sent another link. I did a follow up again on Mar 10th and Tumisa said he is escalating my claim to the supervisor. On Mar 24th I contacted the again and requested to speak with the supervisor. Lucia put me on hold and eventually cut my call. I called again and spoke to Nomonde and asked to be put through to the supervisor, she also put me on hold then later cut my call. I called for the 3rd time and spoke to Keneilwe. She said she will get the supervisor to call me back. I asked for the name of the supervisor and she refused to disclose her name stating that if she does so, she will lose her job. I refused to get off the phone till she gave me a name of called her on the phone, she put me on hold then cut my call. Why are they protecting their supervisors so much? Supervisors need to take accountability and stop hiding behind service consultants.
