Cape Town March 2023

Cape Town Trip, March 2023 It was a beautiful well planned trip. We did all the things they had planned out for us, we had a shuttle and a nice tour guide. The company was awesome, no pettiness and fights, we enjoyed ourselves over and above.

- The Penguin Colony was underwhelming. I thought we'd see penguins in close ranges, on a beach, and quite a number of them together. Not the case. Not the agency's fault, but I think most people didn't care for this stop.

- Departure flight stated 06h30 on the itinerary, boarding pass said 06h00, not much of a time difference, I was ok with it. - Return flight was supposed to be 17h15, this changed to 19h15, huge time difference. Can be an inconvenience for people who still have to travel far. For this reason, some people requested an earlier flight, which they got, however even the people who didn't want were now in the mix. This was not ok. Also the host ended leaving early as well and leaving half the group in Cape Town - also not ok. Had there been any problems who would have been around to assist?

That said, We were a small group that fit well in a 22seater, perfect size. We got along well, we had fun. I would recommend The Travel Plug and I'd definitely use their services again.
