I made a booking yesterday and paid for an eyebrow wax and tint for 2pm today. I get to the salon in Boksburg a few minutes to 2pm only to be informed that ‘ a message has been sent to me to reschedule to 2:15 pm. Now according to your OWN policy if we are 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled. But if you are late? What then. I don’t make bookings and wait because I have nothing to do. Respect my time as I have respected yours and your policy by making an appointment ahead of time. Because this woman was late, I had to leave because I do have other commitments going on. And even if I didn’t, it is the principle. You don’t text me 13 minutes before hand.
I don’t use data outside of my home, you should have called. I demand a refund because this was unacceptable.
