When you want to cancel your account, they don't even call you but when they want to sell you something that you won't even use, they harass you. Please do better.
I made a booking yesterday and paid for an eyebrow wax and tint for 2pm today. I get to the salon in Boksburg a few minutes to 2pm only to be informed that ‘ a message has been sent to me to reschedule to 2:15 pm. Now according to your OWN policy if we are 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled. But if you are late? What then. I don’t make bookings and wait because I have nothing to do. Respect my time as I have respected yours and your policy by making an appointment ahead of time. Because this woman was late, I had to leave because I do have other commitments going on. And even if I didn’t, it is the principle. You don’t text me 13 minutes before hand. I don’t use data outside of my home, you should have called. I demand a refund because this was unacceptable.
I bought my Kia Rio in the BEGINNING of June and still today it is MY responsibility to follow up with the dealership about getting a spare key. I have been following up since I got the car. Always stories. Is there a particular reason I get treated this way? You guys were so quick for me to get the car, called me multiple times a day not taking into consideration that I also have a job. Now I am asking you to do yours and it is like I am asking for a kidney. Tomorrow is October and all I want is my spare key that I PAYYYY for every single month. I am so disappointed. This is a very bad look.
The most useless company I have ever encountered!! How many times must I email you to tell you to come install the tracking device in my car. My car is new, I travel by myself and I am a woman. Do you know what a risk that is?? I am a paying customer . Even your App is useless. I cant even do anything on it!! Come install the tracking device or I move my business. PS. You will come to my house and do it, I am not travelling anywhere until this is done. If I don't get any response, I will take legal action.
Dear Telkom How many times must I tell you that I do not want to upgrade my phone?? I paid off this phone in 2019 and now you call every single day since this sim card was reactivated. It is not a must to upgrade my phone. Please leave me ALONE until I decide to upgrade. Please also teach your consultants that NO is NO.
According to a lady by the name of Yolanda Marx who works at Bodacious Monitoring the electricity tariffs increased 01 July 2021 but they failed to update the residents. For homes that were running on R500 per month - we have spent almost R1200 on electricity and the month is not over. Initially we were told to email our proof of payment of electricity to the office rentals (Sweet waters) and we would be reimbursed. Since July - this has NOT happened. A neighbor of ours tried to buy electricity, just to find out she was owing on her meter. How does that happen when we have been have prepaid electricity? We are so frustrated as residents.
On the 11th of December 2020, I made an appeal to FNB to contact my mother, a pensioner who lost most of her income due to Covid. Again I sent an email a week later without any response. My mother is sick with worry trying find a resolution to get her business back and also pay her commitments to FNB but they do not try on their side. Instead they track the account and take out any funds they wish. My mom has been a loyal FNB customer for years. I sent that email even giving you her contact details. Truly the worst and most expensive bank for nothing.
All I want to do is cancel my life insurance policy with you. I told you that due to unforeseen circumstances I cannot continue but after 3 times last week trying to get a hold of you this is how you treat me? I thought you were a better insurance, but you are all the same!!!!!!!!!!! I had a good mind to cancel my car insurance too. I cannot believe this is how you treat your customers, its actually disgusting.
