EXCELLENT STAY

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our weekend stay at the 12 Apostles Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. The team assisted us with valet parking, handled our luggage seamlessly, and made the check-in process effortless.

On our first evening, we decided to go to Camps Bay for dinner — a choice we later wished we had reconsidered. Thankfully, we were transported safely and comfortably by JJ throughout our stay. He took us to Camps Bay, the Waterfront, and back, and he was an absolute delight — professional, friendly, and truly outstanding.

The following evening, we dined at the Azure Restaurant, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. I am on a very specific diet, and the chef prepared a customised dish for me that easily deserves a 12/10. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time, and I immediately regretted not dining at the hotel on the first night as well.

Our waiter for dinner, Theo, provided exceptional service. He took our requests perfectly and ensured our experience was flawless from start to finish.

We also appreciated the thoughtful check-ins from Pius, the Experience Manager, who made sure everything met our expectations throughout our stay.

Despite the windy weather, we even managed to enjoy the pool area, which is surprisingly well sheltered and a lovely spot to relax.

Overall, our stay was exceptional on every level — from the service and food to the attention to detail. We left feeling cared for and truly impressed. We can’t wait to return!
