Poor service and unprofessional staff

I called this morning to book a table for breakfast for Friday. The staff didn’t seem to know how to transfer calls to the relevant department and kept dropping my calls. When I asked for them to get someone from the restaurant to call me back the two managers (Gaylene and the other one I can’t remember) on duty didn’t even bother to return my call. Very unprofessional staff and giving this place a wide berth.
