have been fighting with Vodacom Fibre since Saturday morning when my signal went dead. Eventually after a lot of *****ing and pleading i got prioritised and your company got allocated the job.. They couldn't keep to the appointed time and once again i was huffing and puffing
Just after seven two of your guys, Clifford and Perfect rocked up and was faced with a more difficult job than anticipated. The two gentlemen did not give up and eventually at roundabout eight o clock they found the problem, a good 250 meters away in the wrong direction of the feed cable.
I want to commend you on these two gentlemen, their persistence and demeanour. It is wonderful to see that such dedication still exists in this upside down country
