Ordered an item marginally cheaper from these goons on Jan 20 2025 and have been given the runaround ever since with excuses ranging from supplier holidays to customs enquiries. I dont understand how business like this can still exist with such poor customer care. Still awaiting an order tracking number, but almost a month later nothing.. I will in the future rather pay the R150 extra and get my order from a reputable supplier...
Ordered hearing aid uits on 28 Jan. Shipping policy on site estimate 8-15 days. Today 17 Feb still no tracking nr. Email them you get a generic BS answer that they will check and come back with feedback. Every day same crackpot feedback. No customer support. Do not support these ********s
Online order #MAK7977029. Money paid for order but Makro still have not acknowleged money received even after i sent POP to online Bot.. Everytime i buy online from them i run into some issue. it is so frustrating.!!!
After escalating the matter numerous times, still waiting for an update of an order that was according to their email supposed to be out for delivery 4 days ago. Empty promises all the way. This is also not the first time. At least with the other online suppliers you have consistently in delivery

Ordered 6 cases of beer, only recieved 4 and later one the last one still outstanding orer #133298788. Please reconcile on your side and you will see that i am short a case
Owing a retrunable deposit since December. Had i not followed up on a second deposit not returned, i would not have noticed that the forst has not been returned. now Europcar says that it is my responsiblilty to find out from my bank why the monies have not been returned. i find it unacceptable and will be taking this matter to the ombutsman if not sorted out immediately
i find it strange that this company even does business. Their online sales system is non-responsive and they do not answer customer phone calls. why degrade a good product with bad customer support. My son wants to buy a watch - on the website they advertise it on sale. The moment you engage on the website, it becomes a black hole You lose a lot of customers due to your lacadaisical attitude. i hope the parent company reads this review
What an odd company, give great products, and are quick to respond, but their after sales problem solving is atrocious.. My fixed line LTE has been down for a week now, they charged me on the day for collection (R263) to determine what is wrong with the modem. They are yet to collect. In the mean time I won’t have any service if it is up to them Reference: MQY-599-81761.
