So on Wednesday the technician told me they need to install new fibre lines. He phoned the company and arranged time and date the lady on the phone confirmed it with me as well for Friday 23 April 2021 at 13:00. So Friday 13:00 came no technician. I phoned vodacom they can only escalate the problem. So i phoned universal more than 40 times. Eventually i got hold of Amos at the company no the time is for 16:00 so 16:30 came no technician phoned universal again more than 20 time spoke to Amos again no they assigned something els to the technician he wouldn't be able to come to our house. Amos then told my husband that he will phone on Saturday and arrange for installation on Sunday Saturday came no one phoned Sunday came no one showed or phoned. I dont have internet connection since Wednesday 21 April 2021. This is the 2nd time this happens the previous time the technician booking was for Wednesday he only showed up the Friday and did not install the new lines that was on his job card.
