Thank you very much for the treatments and well experience staff .We most appreciated it.Only one thing we want to mention, your Authorisation Team needs to update the medical team daily if a patient are staying longer in the hospital.The casemanager needs to check regular The authorisation team needs to phone and not email the authorisation team as they are extremely busy and do not have time.Then the accounts are send to the claims dept of Sizwe of only one day authorisation but the the patient was for 2.5 days 10May to 12May 2024 and the cannot understand why the claims are not paid in full.Pls ask your team to phone authorisation team on 0860 100 871 and following the instructions
