Discovery is a disgrace
They even don't deserve a one star .What a total disappointment of this large medical aid They are greedy to take your contributions ever month,but when they need to save a life , with all the facts bloodtest everything, the Prof an GP must give pills although the GP need to put you on a Iron drip or Prof as your telling is 4 going for hart problem as no oxygen is going to your organs.,but as discovery health no problem,drink a pill.The GP advise if they don't fix this i have 3 m9nths to live Thank you discovery health, you are pathetic the worst ever, .never thought one day I will be one of you members.What badluck. To the rest of the new members, please be cautious ⚠️.,we never thought this is going to happen THEY BONLY WANT YOUR MONEY,the refuse to give me authorisation for a iron drip that could save my life

Thrauhlent cade open by bank for take a lot and Delivery
My bank account have been hacked by take a lot and Mr Delivery. I Reported a. Traught case at the bank and need to stop my card for a new card.Very disappointed.

Temu have bad pick items progress and ship to for delivery
Very bad pick items together and to shipped to adress.Promise between 4 and 7 days but t hey stuck with picking progress and takes a long time before items are delivered. Very disappointed in Temu.They going to loose alot of customers 😒

Very disappointed in Temu delivery 😒
Bad services from Temu ,they do not delivered as promised. I am still waiting since End of Nov and one order shows still in picking , 2 other orders departure but nothing happens. Very disappointed 😞 Magdel

Bas service from Temu
I order 3 x orders and one order are still busy either picking for almost 6 days. These other two are still on departure. I AM VERY disappointed at Temu with the delivery promises. These are my Christmas gifts .Temu you must stay with your promises on your clients

Unprofessional Discovery Health Chronic
On behalf of Discovery Health Medical Scheme not approved as per the mail letter now received. First approve and then not approved 😒 We are extremely disappointed and unhappy about Discovery Health Chronic Dept Chronic as in Oncology injections x2 .The14th they approve and the 17th the not approve.All the oncology docs were send through His Cardiologist Chronic, some of dep01 were declined?? Main member Seropositive Rheumatoid Arthritis approved.My Prof to motivate and send SARAA certificate with subscription On 10th Nov at the emergency unit at Zuid Afrikaanse hospital,the dr stabalise me and a an internist wants to admitted me,pls check VPath blood results,and Discover

Dear Sir Dr Noluthando Nematswerani Chief Clinical Officer | Discovery Health On behalf of Discovery Health Medical Scheme not approved as per the mail letter now received. First approve and then not approved 😒 We are extremely disappointed and unhappy about Discovery Health Chronic Dept Chronic as in Oncology injections x2 .The14th they approve and the 17th the not approve.All the oncology docs were send through His Cardiologist Chronic, some of dep01 were declined?? I have now to wait until my prof is available as my kidney function is near dialysis. We are as from the 1 st Oct 2025 .These are Chronics We are shocked 😲. We thought Discovery Health is one of the best medical aids.Our prev medical aid paid for all Chronics 27,this is law. Never have a problem in almost 16 years Be carefully when you choose one of the biggest medical-aid. We were schocked.

Disappointed medical aid
We were on our prev medical aid for more than 16 years,but unfortunately they under curatorship and only one hospital that is willing assist Then we decided to apply and choose discovery health Classic saver. We are accepted as from the 1st of Oct, We communicate with our network dr regarding our chronics. His assistant send all through, but only few are approved. We went to my husband Cardiologist assistant and it is going to be signed and motivated by the Cardiologist. We also went to my Prof and her assistant .The Prof will sign and motivated the chronics for me What shock 😲 us is that Discovery Health decline the oncology chronic and Seropositive Rheumatoid Arthritis. We never though we will these issues going over to one of the largest Medical Aids.And all the consultants have an other explanation. I was taken to the emergency dept The dr in charge stabilize me and refer me to a specialist who said I must be hospitalized, but again Discovery declined. We are in a waiting period and almost paid x 3 months of contributions. Pls be carefull even if it is one of the largest medical aid. Our previous Medical Aid never ever refuse authorizations.

Bad experience with Discovery health
We have to wait 3 months period, although we were 16 years on prev medical aid When we the emercy sauthorisation decline because it was not PMB Discovery health you are not looking at your new members They could not admitted me at the emergency room because of Disvovery health We phone the consultant many times,all with different explanations Our prev medical aid never in an emergency case denied authorization
