Can't get any bookings, never space available
Every year we want to book our week holiday with TVGC it is a nightmare. They never seem to have space available. I have to send emails back and forth and end up fighting with them, and they try and send you to second grade resorts not of your choice. Not even out of 9 preferred resorts in off peak season are they able to help us with a booking, and with 5-8 months in advance. They clearly do not have enough stock available for their clients. There was a lot of promises made about plenty of stock and availability when we were signed up. The newest now is that they only have limited peak season stock and that I have to pay in a difference of R4659 for this. I own a silver week, but they cant supply me what they sold to me and I have to pay in if I want to use my week that I had to pay for already.

I can assure you we do have stock to offer. Just have a look at our availability list that is being updated on a daily basis, as well as available accommodation that was offered to you by our reservations department as per your original request received.
When your first reservation request was received, you never specified that the accommodation you require should be in accordance to your contract category, nor that you require a full week, midweek or weekend. Unit size required was also not stipulated, neither the amount of pax you will be. Only in your e-mails received from the 7th of March 2018, did you stipulate that you are not willing to pay a once-off upgrade fee and thus require availability for a full week, out of season and in a 6 sleeper, as per your contract category.
Available accommodation as per your requested resorts, are not for a full week, nor meets your required unit size, thus cannot be offered. As you require accommodation for out of season weeks (between mid-July to end October), there is still time to find you a match, and we will keep an ongoing search. Ngwenya Lodge, Kruger Park Lodge, Sabi River Sun, Bakubung Bush Lodge, Sanbonani, Kwa Maritane and Protea Hotel Kruger Gate are all very popular resorts amongst timeshare owners, and could sometimes result in limited available space.
According to our records, we have assisted you with accommodation at Ngwenya Lodge in 2016, as well as at Sondela Nature Reserve in 2017. Since Escape management took over from the previous managing company in 2016, no complaints have been logged by yourself stating that TVGC does not have any stock to offer?
We receive availability on a daily/weekly basis from our exchange partners which is then made available for utilization to all our members. If TVGC does not have any accommodation to offer as per your request, we contact our exchange partners and clubs to acquire availability through them. When you put in a request, we will always try every avenue (and continuously check) to assist you, and should we not be able to find something to your exact requirements, we will try to assist you in a Resort with similar specifications

I use to be with Dream Vacations Club and I don’t know why , but in 2011 for some reason we were moved over to The Vacation Group. Since then I have been experiencing problems with booking my holiday. You seem to never have available space at the resorts I request to go to and every year I am forced to go to a place not off my choice.
I never use to have this problem when I was with Dream Vacations and this is not just me but my parents as well that also owns timeshare with you.
Me and my parents wishes to move back to Dream Vacations Club. I have spoken to them and they say I have to go trough you to do it.
Can you please advise and help me with this.
