TVG is the worst I ever came across. They do not respond to your e-mails and lack in customer service. Paid my package for a number of years as a loyal customer and have many accumulating days to use. Tried to make a booking numerous times this year and every time they responded that there is no available dates for the time I want to book. I have contacted the resorts where I wanted to book and all of them have available space but TVG can't help you?
Contacted them regarding this matter, and got no respond! When I asked to speak with a manager and have a email address to a manager to escalate my complaint they told me I must email this to info. This is unprofessional. So if you have a complaint with the staff or the package you have absolutely nowhere to take your complaint to.
Do not waste your money with TGV! You pay for absolutely NOTHING!
