Bad service and lies

The worse service ever and lies. I ordered a cake for my 4 year old on the 25th of January 2021 to be delivered on the 29th of January 2021, order number 292264. They told me that the cake will be delivered between 8am-5pm. We waited the whole day till 5pm the cake did not arrive and they didn’t even bother to call or email me to tell me what’s going on, only after I sent them a WhatsApp message asking them what’s going on, only then they sent as sms saying that they are experiencing some delays. The cake only arrived at 7 in the evening. They went on to lie to me on WhatsApp saying that they will make sure I get a treat the following day to make up for the previous day, when I followed up on that, they never responded again. My cake arrived late and I was promised lies. This is very disturbing as I love their cakes and have always ordered from them and recommended them to many of my colleagues, friends and family but this time they showed me flames
