Placed an order in Nov 2021, for ny sons birthday in March, constant follow up on the order since the 4th, emailed proof of payment since no. From day 1 no confirmation of order, yet full payment was made, after requesting a refund to an email they indicated i email too, they never received the email either, again a glitch in the system.
no ownership, worse client service ever, my satisfaction as a client no where.
There system didnt record the order after taking my money -Client issue according to the Velvet cake co.

Refund requested, my sons birthday is the 14th- Clients issue again, oir refunds take 6-10 days
You can have absolutely amazing cake, and still fall flat because you never ever addressed the clients experience in this entire process!
