Just like the rest trying to swindle people for money

So let me just understand this: I have paid your access fee on the 11th of May. Then I had to pay THE SAME FEE again when i tried buying credits, now your telling me I have to pay it again?? Is this not a monthly fee? How can you charge me 3 times for not even a full month?
