I was a client of Shiloah Accounting for several years and re**** on the firm to handle my accounting and tax matters, including provisional tax submissions (IRP6), annual tax returns and general bookkeeping. During this time I received and paid invoices for services such as tax submissions, financial processing and accounting work. Towards the end of 2025 I appointed a new bookkeeper to review my records and tax profile with SARS. During that process it became apparent that several tax submissions and accounting records had not been completed as I had understood them to be. As a result, my SARS account now reflects substantial outstanding tax and interest relating to the 2023–2025 tax years, which I am currently working to resolve through a payment arrangement with SARS. The financial and administrative impact of this situation has been extremely stressful. The matter has now been handed over to my attorneys and complaints have been lodged with the relevant regulatory bodies so that the circumstances surrounding the services provided can be properly investigated. I would strongly encourage anyone using accounting or tax preparation services to regularly verify submissions directly on SARS eFiling to ensure that all compliance obligations have been properly handled.
I had an unexpected in-person interaction with a representative of Century 21 East Rand while I was out in a public retail store. The interaction placed me in a position where I felt unable to disengage or continue with my own activities comfortably. Following this, I contacted the office to explain what had happened and to request clarity and assistance regarding a property matter connected to the situation. Instead of receiving guidance or support, the communication I received afterwards did not acknowledge my concern or help resolve the issue. I am sharing this review because the combination of the in-store interaction and the later communication left me feeling unsettled and without the assistance I needed. I believe this is something that should be taken seriously, and I hope the office reviews their approach to both public interactions and follow-up communication.
Be careful who you choose as a property practitioner, Century 21 East Rand regarding the conduct of one of their candidate agents and the subsequent response from their Principal, Mr. Savas Nicolaides. Unprofessional Conduct: I was confronted in public by a Century 21 candidate agent, without any introduction or professionalism, in front of members of the public. This is in direct contravention of the professional standards expected in our industry. False Advertising: Despite the seller formally withdrawing her mandate, the property was re-advertised on Property24 under Century 21. Even more concerning, the property was listed at R2,990,000, whereas the seller had explicitly instructed that her asking price was R3,000,000. Advertising a property at a price not agreed to by the seller, or after withdrawal, constitutes false advertising and is a breach of the PPRA Code of Conduct and the Consumer Protection Act. Principal’s Dismissive Response: When I raised these concerns with Mr. Nicolaides (the Principal), instead of addressing the issues or taking accountability, his response was to dismiss my complaint as “nonsense” and to tell me to lay a complaint with the PPRA. This is highly concerning, as a Principal is legally responsible for the supervision and conduct of their agents. This behaviour not only reflects poorly on the Century 21 brand, but also undermines trust in the industry. Consumers and sellers deserve to know that: Their instructions must be respected. Properties cannot legally be advertised at prices they have not agreed to. Professional conduct and accountability are non-negotiable.
They are ****s and its false advertising, when we signed up the package said 100mbps uncapped anytime internet. The speeds in December was amazing but now in the last week we are getting between 10.00 to 15.00mbps which is patethic and its for work so I am beyond frustarted and only after complaining we were told "its between 10MBPS - 150MBPS" which was NEVER mentioned on the advert
I needed a refund for the tickets booked for the sunset game drive as this is my first time and I booked under Kruger gate not realizing it is 2hours and 20 min away from where we are staying 🙁I was horrified when a friend of mine pointed that out to me. It was not on purpose and i used my last extra money to book this trip 🙁 Please if you can kindly refund me. I was of course denied (Im sure you make a lot of extra money this way) But now Not only have I lost over a R1000 now i cant find my second paid booking either!! What the hell guys???
After a fight I eventually was assisted with my refund for my excess a massive thank you to Tahir Mohammed!
*******! Even when you have proven your innocence they will side with the guilty party just so you don't get your R5000 refunded!!
Would give a zero star rating if it was possible. Poor management, Bad service, No support, Incompetence, ****s. Claiming to be a Christian company. They work hand in hand with INNOVATION STAFFING SOLUTIONS and together they will hire and fire with 99% of dismissals being unfair, unfounded and *****ulently put together they use any and all loop holes bargaining on staff not being able to afford court cases or legal representation and then simply not showing up at the CCMA.
Unfortunately being subcontracted by another company ISS to Jacobs you are told everyday that you your manager will fire everyone. They expect you to be in 3 places at once. The admin staff that work at Jacobs can do, say and blame you and be protected. Having hearings without any warnings to constitute to a hearing. False allegations with ZERO proof of accusations. Working late EVERY day as well as every second Saturday with ZERO overtime. Female staff getting preferential treatment. Being told a daily basis how useless, ***********, incapable you are.
After numerous attempts of asking you to change my debit order date, you have STILL not done this I have ALSO ALREADY paid my arrears and a month's installment. (SEE ATTACHED proof of payment.) Yet I am still being harassed, saying I am in arrears. FIX this and the debit order date AS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING. Regards Mario
