Does not honour warranty. Do not buy from them.
Bought a water-resistant watch online from The Watch Boutique (#TWB1960, Casio Mens 100M - AE-1200WH-1AVDF). Now it has water inside. It is still within warranty but the repair department does not respond (other than an automated email reply). The online customer service says they can't help. The shop at Canal Walk also refuses to help, saying it was bought online. It looks like they don't honour warranties. Do not buy from them.

16 Oct 2024, 12:56I received a call from Celeste at The Watch Boutique. It looks like water damage is not covered by warranty, and 100 meter water resistance only means that the watch tolerates occasional accidental splashes from e.g. washing dishes.
