THE WATCH BOUTIQUE *****
On 23rd Nov 2025, I bought Mondain Watche via Online website called "The Watch Boutique" which I select due to that fact that it looks well established & reliable site, however The Watch Boutique sent me a 2nd hand Mondain Watches which leather strap has scratched or looks like someone wore previousely. I asked them to exchange it with new watch and they collected it, however they send me the exactly same watch that I returned prevousely. I can not believe what they did. I am so disappointed on their level of exchange handling service and quality of watch. I feel like cheated. I do not paid full price for 2nd hand watch

Can't Fulfil Order Correctly and Poor Customer Support
I am very disappointed. I ordered a 19mm Hirsch Toronto strap for my Rolex and they sent me a 12mm strap! Can't even get hold of anyone on support line. Very difficult doing business with these people.

Does not honour warranty. Do not buy from them.
Bought a water-resistant watch online from The Watch Boutique (#TWB1960, Casio Mens 100M - AE-1200WH-1AVDF). Now it has water inside. It is still within warranty but the repair department does not respond (other than an automated email reply). The online customer service says they can't help. The shop at Canal Walk also refuses to help, saying it was bought online. It looks like they don't honour warranties. Do not buy from them.

Terrible service from Anna (store manager)
I arranged to order two Tissot watches as a birthday gift with Patricia, and everything was planned down to the tee. When I came in to make payment to confirm the order on the pre-arranged date, Patricia was on leave and Anna (the store manager) refused to go ahead with the deal. Not only did she have a bad attitude towards us, she didn't follow up with me as she promised and made no attempt to resolve the issue. I won't be purchasing from The Watch Boutique again.
