Dear staff at Hello Peter. I am writing this review as I am unable to reach you via a support email address or phone number. I would like to request that my account and reviews be deleted from the platform, as well as the information I supp**** when signing up. I don't have a problem with the platform - I think it's great. However, it is disconcerting when users don't have the ability to modify or delete reviews and account information without contacting the platform (in this case publicly). I purchased two Tissot watches from Bella Luna in Sandton City and received great service from Jennifer. She made the experience very special. I will definitely purchase from them again.
I arranged to order two Tissot watches as a birthday gift with Patricia, and everything was planned down to the tee. When I came in to make payment to confirm the order on the pre-arranged date, Patricia was on leave and Anna (the store manager) refused to go ahead with the deal. Not only did she have a bad attitude towards us, she didn't follow up with me as she promised and made no attempt to resolve the issue. I won't be purchasing from The Watch Boutique again.
Milky Lane Fourways - Great service from our waiter Minenhle, delicious milkshakes. Much better experience in the Fourways mall branch than the Monte Casino branch which had lousy service and average milkshakes. Hard to believe it’s the same company.
I ordered a replacement strap for my Casio watch (which is 10 years old). It arrived from Japan in one month and I am very happy. The service was excellent, professional and efficient. The office where I collected the strap was neat and clean. This gives me peace of mind when purchasing Casio products, as the after sales experience is excellent.
On 22 February 2023 I purchased a property report for 98 Curzon road. However, when I viewed the report, I realised it was for the neighbouring house - I needed 98a. I sent an email to them explaining what happened. I asked them if they can send me the correct report, or a refund so I can purchase the correct report. After 10 emails between us and after nearly two weeks, Chad Witten phoned me. He explained that he escalated the issue to management, and they won’t resolve the problem. I’m disappointed in the way they handled the situation, and in future I will warn other people not to use their service when they purchase or sell their property. It makes me nervous when a business has ethical issues on amounts as small as R87 for a property report.
